309 lineal meters of trenching has been completed in 9 trenches, at the Minnie Moore and Homestake showings. 112 representative chip samples have been collected from the excavator trenches, and have been submitted to Acme Analytical Laboratory in Vancouver, for analysis.

In 1996, initial trenching on a new gold zone identified a 9 m section averaging 9.84 g/t gold.
