Encore Renaissance Resources Corp. announced a private placement of 10,000,000 units at Can$0.10 per unit for a total of Can$1,000,000. The Company shall use the proceeds of the offering for general working capital and to proceed with the 9,500 ton bulk testing on the Bonaparte Gold property.
Reported that in the summer and fall of 2007, the exploration will consist of the geological mapping, sampling, trenching by excavator and diamond drilling. The main focus will be on extending the main vein system to the south where exposure of the veins stopped at the lava cap. Historical diamond drilling has indicated that quartz veins with significant mineralization are open to depth and to the south.
