Property NewsAugust 6, 2010 Bassari Resources announced RAB drill results at its Sekhoto Prospect, Bounsankoba Permit, Senegal. Highlights include hole RBB214 intersecting 6.0 m grading 1.8 g/t gold from 44.0 m. Also, the Company announced that RC drilling has commenced at Lafia prospect on the Sambarabougou Permit to follow up a strong gold anomaly previously identified through trenching and the previously successful geochemical soil and termite sampling programs. January 20, 2010 Bassari Resources announced that in addition to its highly encouraging RAB drilling results from its Makabingui gold prospect at its Sambarabougou Permit. The best results was intersected in Hole RBB104 with 10m @ 3.6 g/t gold from 11m, in Hole RBB078 found 5m @ 2.7 g/t gold from 32m and 5m @ 2.1 g/t gold from 6m was found in Hole RBB100. October 19, 2009 Bassari Resources reported that exploration work on the Sekhota prospect at the Bounsankoba property had found anomalous gold results. The Sekhota prospect is situated within a plus 25 km long NE trending structural zone defined by anomalous gold and arsenic soil geochemical values. Due to the wide distribution of anomalous soil values at Sekhoto, Bassari undertook a termite
mound sampling program to confirm the presence of subsurface gold mineralisation. This program has found anomalous gold values above 100 parts per billion defining a zone in excess of 2.5 kilometres in length ranging from 100 to 800 metres wide. Maximum values recorded from sampling the tops of termitaria, which represent the deeper material excavated by the termites, are 5 g/t Au and 7 g/t Au respectively.
