Reservoir Capital report that it has signed an Earn-in Agreement with Freeport-McMoRan Exploration, to explore and develop the Brestovac and Jasikovo exploration licenses in the Bor District of northeast Serbia.

Reservoir Capital Corp. reported on scout drilling completed in the year ended April 30, 2009 at the Brestovac property in Serbia. Significant results include from Hole BN-17, 3.95 g/t Au over 8m and from BN-18, 24m grading 1.49 g/t Au from 90.6 m downhole including 4 m grading 5.18 g/t Au.

Five diamond drill holes were completed for a total of 1,898.70 meters, intercepting zones of brecciated and locally strongly altered (silicified) andesite with quartz veinlets containing sulphide minerals. The mineralization intercepted in hole BN-19 (0.33% Cu and 0.16 g/t Au over 24.80) is associated with intense pyritization in the matrix of breccias containing silicified and pyritized marls and volcaniclastics. Other results include 3.95 g/t Au over 8 m and 1.49 g/t Au over 24 m.
