The company announced the picking results from the 25 heavy mineral concentrate samples that were collected in Jul/02 from streams draining the southern portion of the property. Of the 25 samples collected, 14 contained indicator grains requiring additional followup. Seven of these sample sites are located downstream of magnetic anomalies located by a previous airborne survey. A total of 51 grains consisting of garnets, orthopyroxenes, clinopyroxenes, olivine and ilmenites were selected for scanning to determine which required microprobe analyses. Scanning electron microscopy was conducted on ten of the scanned grains, consisting of 2 garnets, 5 ilmenites, 2 clinopyroxenes and 1 olivine.
