September 18, 2013 Goldminex Resources Ltd. provided a Farm-In Agreement update for 5 exploration licences, Papua New Guinea.
December 31, 2008 Diamond drilling commenced early December using a lightweight heli-portable rig. Drilling proceeded for a two week period prior to being halted by weather conditions at the end of the 2008
field season late in December. Six holes were drilled, all on the southern flank of the prospect, for a total of 380 metres. Holes 1&2 were drilled to test outcropping mineralisation on a southern portion of Gossan Hill and Holes 3 to 6 were drilled to test a separate auger geochemistry anomaly to the west of the main structure.
August 11, 2008 Goldminex Resources agreed to a private placement to raise A$13.5 million through the issue of 6.75 million ordinary shares at A$2.00 per share. The funds raised will be used to scale-up exploration activities, including more intensive regional exploration and additional geophysical surveying prior to planned drilling during the December quarter.
