May 31, 2003
The winter/spring exploration program consisted of ground geophysical surveys, consisting of magnetic, resistivity and gravity over sixteen (16) targets identified from a previously flown Mag/EM survey over the Hilltop/Cache properties. Detailed surveys were conducted over eight (8) targets on the Hilltop property and eight (8) targets on the Cache property. Two drill holes (totaling 629 metres) tested a NW trending structure at the head of a previously delineated and significant 7.5 kilometre long by 1.5 kilometre wide kimberlite indicator mineral train. No kimberlite was intersected, and the source of this train has yet to be identified. Two targets were also drill tested on the Cache property (totaling 439 metres of drilling) with no kimberlite intersected. Several targets remain untested, with drilling suspended due to spring breakup. Additional drilling, geophysics, sampling and prospecting are currently being considered for the summer exploration program.
