Aquiline Resources reported a revised independent mineral resource estimate on the Calcatreu Gold project located in Rio Negro Province, Argentina. The new resource estimate was completed on the Vein 49, Nelson, Castro Sur, Belen and Viuda de Castro zones of the Calcatreu project, and is compliant with the National Instrument 43-101 requirements. The Indicated resource is estimated at 7,995,000 tonnes grading 2.63 g/t gold and 25.7 g/t silver containing 676,040 ounes of gold and 6,606,160 ounces of silver respectively. The Inferred resource is estimated at 3,413,000 tonnes grading 2.06 g/t gold and 16.6 g/t silver, containing 226,050 ounces of gold and 1,821,550 ounces of silver.
Announced additional drill results from 106 drill holes completed during the 2007 exploration program at the Calcatreu Gold project. Highlights include: Castro Sur deposit: hole AQI-527: 14.1 m @ 3.80 g/t Au, 34.7 g/t Ag; Cancela prospect: hole AQI-540: 10.0 m @ 1.16 g/t Au, 3.0 g/t Ag.
