Results of the dipole-dipole IP / resistivity geophysical ground surveys undertaken in late 2007 at the Hog Prospect located two new high chargeability, low resistivity anomalies within a prospective mineralized magnetic horizon, not previously tested by deep drilling. Re-processed Ivy Ann IP / resistivity survey data, using inversion software, produced ambiguous results which require deeper I P surveys to be undertaken prior to further
drill testing. Infill dipole-dipole IP surveys to test to 150-200m vertical depth are warranted in both areas.

Several similar prospects within the 17 km strike length have been drill tested by previous explorers but only to 50 metres vertical depth. These warrant follow-up drilling to test their resource potential at greater depths and to examine their structural and mineralisation controls.

Announced the results of a preliminary resource estimate for the Ivy Ann copper-gold deposit. At a 0.3% Cu cut-off grade the inferred resource stands at 4.0 million tonnes grading 0.72% Cu and 0.12 g/t Au containing 28,800 tonnes of copper and 15,400 ounces of gold. The deposit remains open in all directions. A follow-up RC drilling is planned for early 2006. This will allow an updated resource to be calculated and the deposit assessed as potential feed for the proposed Roseby treatment plant.
