November 24, 2006
Announced that during 2006, it completed the first phase of exploration activity on the Carp property located near Stewart, British Columbia. Two of the three drill holes intersected highly sheared serpentinized pyroxenite with disseminated pyrite. The best assay results were from DDH-2006-1 which assayed 3.05m @ 2168 ppm nickel from 24.09m downhole.

Received further results including assays up to 0.3% Ni from float boulders in areas of extensive overburden.

Received results from the exploration program. The claims cover areas of mafic and ultramafic rocks that have been variably altered. The company feels that these rocks are the source of platinum nuggets and platinum values in black sands recovered in placer tests along the McDougall River, downstream from the claims. The company has located pyroxenite intrusive rocks that yielded up to 0.3% Ni and up to 0.1% chrome in several different areas of its claimholdings. Anomalous nickel values up to 700 parts per million were obtained in soil sampling in area of pyroxenite float boulders. The company also staked more claims in an area underlain by a pyroxenite intrusive body that contained abundant nickel bloom.Anomalous gold values up to 500 ppb were obtained in stream sampling on a portion of the property. Tercon Placer Ltd. has notified the company that testing of the gravels on McDougall River for gold and platinum will commence within a week.
