Norsemont Mining Inc. announced results of ongoing exploration drilling program at Chilloroya South and the Pampacancha discoveries located in Peru. Highlights include: hole SR-10-013 which intersected 139.0 m of 0.02% copper, 1 ppm molybdenum, 242.56 g/t gold, 19.10 g/t silver, 134 ppm lead and 375 ppm zinc and hole PO-10-017 which intersected 0.94% copper, 412 ppm molybdenum, 9.56 g/t silver, 628 ppm lead and 1,401 ppm zinc. The company also reported progress on the approval of the environmental and social impact assessment for Constancia phase one mine.

Norsemont Mining Inc. announced the completion of the first phase exploration drilling at the Company’s Chilloroya South discovery, Peru. Highlights include Hole SO-10-006 intersecting 12 m at 0.74% copper, 0.010% molybdenum, and 0.49 g/t gold. The company also announced that the exploration drilling at Pampacancha discovery, Peru, recommenced, and that the Constancia optimisation study is in progress.
