A regional mapping program was completed with new target areas identified with analogous alteration styles to that associated with the Christmas Gift mineralization. Assays are awaited
from rock chip sampling. A review was undertaken of previous explorers’ drill hole data in line with knowledge gained from the Company’s 2005 drilling and geological model, to target the upcoming RC drilling campaign scheduled in April/06.

Drilling intersects high grade zones including 7m @ 9.7 g/t Au; and o 8m @ 6.9 g/t Au. The drilling program has shown that there is scope for increasing the gold resource around the old workings and this will be tested in additional exploration work planned.
