Announced an update on exploration activity. To date, the following exploration work has been completed on the property: • 1:5,000 scale ground magnetic survey over 11 square kilometres; • 1:5,000 scale geological mapping over 11 square kilometres; and • in excess of 3,000 soil samples have been collected and have been sent to an independent laboratory in Jinan for analysis.

Announced that Shandong Physical Exploration Institute (SPEI) to complete the first phase of the planned exploration program, estimated to cost USD 70,000. SPEI, a state-owned geological and mining engineering group employing over 800 professionals, has extensive knowledge of the Jiaodong Peninsula, having previously completed geological mapping and geophysics over this licence area. The first phase of the work, now under way, consists of 1:5,000 scale geological mapping, ground magnetic surveying and soil sampling.
