Superior Resources reports diamond drill hole EZ009, drilled into the circular feature at the northern end of the Elizabeth Prospect, Dajarra Project in Queensland, Australia intersected 164m of ferruginous breccia andsiltstone between 286m and 450m. Superior is exploring the Elizabeth Prospect for copper-lead-zinc deposits of the Mount Isa style, following the discovery of very strong electromagnetic (VTEM) anomalies in the area in the second half of 2007.
A gravity survey completed on the Elizabeth and Kylie prospects in the Dajarra project. The survey shows a pronounced gravity low over a circular feature at the northern end of the prospect area. This feature is interpreted as a sediment filled volcanic diatreme of probable Mesozoic to early Tertiary age. The diatreme may have potential for diamonds and it will be targeted for drilling in 2009.
During July 2008, down hole EM surveying of three of the Elizabeth drill holes was completed (Holes EZ004,
EZ005 and EZ007). Unfortunately hole EZ006 was blocked at 50m and could not be surveyed. Modelling of
the down hole results from hole EZ007 on section 10,000N (Holes EZ006, EZ007, EZ008) indicates that hole EZ007 intersected a conductive source.

Final results for the heliborne Versatile Time-Domain Electromagnetic (VTEM)
survey completed in August 2007 were received. Initial modelling and interpretation of results from the VTEM surveys focused on the obvious prospect areas including the two new high-priority EM anomalies at the
Elizabeth and RFZ prospects reported during the quarter. The VTEM results also confirmed previously located anomalies at the Rundle and the Carbine prospects. Modelling and interpretation of the VTEM results to delineate additional drilling targets continues.
