Diamonds were discovered from 8 of the 14 sites bulk sampled. Their disposition along the length of the channel and at depth is evidence that diamond mineralization is extensive.

A program of deep drilling to evaluate the deep sections (up to 150m depth) of the DAP for diamond-bearing gravels and for kimberlite potential to commence Feb/05 and be completed by Mar/05.

The total diamonds recovered from the Tawana Alluvials and Daniel Alluvial Project (“DAP”) is 14 with 10 of the 15 sites tested yielding diamonds. A program of deep drilling using a 10.5 inch percussion drill rig is now planned. The objective of this program is to evaluate the deeper sections (up to 150m depth) of the DAP for diamond-bearing gravels and for kimberlite potential.
