Adventure Gold Inc. announced the conclusion of a partnership with Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd. through the signing of a selling and an option agreement on the the Company's 100% owned Dubuisson property, located in Val d’Or, Quebec, Canada. Under the terms of the Agreement, Agnico-Eagle may acquire 51% of Adventure Gold’s right, title and interest in the Property, and Agnico-Eagle may acquire an additional interest of up to 14% of Adventure Gold’s right, title and interest in the Property.
