Breakaway Resources Limited advised that further to an earlier ASX announcement (31 January 2011), it has now completed the sale of its East Kimberley tenement interests to Pindan Exploration Company Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Panoramic Resources Pty Ltd.
Breakaway Resources announced that it has signed a sale agreement with Pindan Exploration for all tenement interests in the East Kimberley region of Western Australia.
Receieved detailed airborne magnetic data which had defined a 15 km long and up to 400m wide prospective magnetic body within the Frog Hollow gabbroic intrusion. Historical rock samples assay up to 1.77% V2O5, 39.4% TiO2 and 42.4% Fe. Samples were taken from small hills of outcropping Fe-Ti oxides that form lenses up to 20 metres wide that can be traced for over 30 metres in outcrop.
