Soltera Mining announced that the Company has signed an agreement with Goldlake Group, a world leader in the production of natural/ethical gold from alluvial deposits in Honduras, Central America. The first objective of the agreement is to develop eluvial gold production from the El Torno property in northern Argentina.

Soltera Mining announced that the Company has signed two agreements with the El Torno mineral title owner which combined give the Company the right to mine surficial gold at El Torno together with certain exploration rights over a prospective copper area known as Sur Eureka.

Structural study results suggest that the structure is broader and more complex than the simple vertical vein interpreted by previous workers. In fact, the re-interpretation suggests that the goldbearing quartz could be concentrated in anticlinal structures, rather similar in character to those of the Bendigo and Ballarat gold fields in Australia.
