Completed phase 2 exploration programs primarily consisting of a furgo airborne megaTEM II (EM) survey. Phase 2 detected some shallow (less than 300m depths) geophysical anomalies that are corroborated by the phase 1 geophysical IP survey. Phase 3 will concentrate initially o investigating the deeper seated IP anomalies.
In a 1988, drilling program Falconbridge outlined a resource of 59,400 tons grading 0.226 gold oz/ton. The work suggested that the prospect is limited by geological constraints with a Gabbroic dyke in the west and a body of Sudbury Breccia in the east.
