VTEM survey identified eight new nickel and base metal targets. Nickel anomalism (0.6% Ni in rock chips) identified at Gorge Range prospects.

VTEM survey completed over Farrel Well identified ten new targets for immediate follow up. Drilling at Coongan identified zinc below outcropping lead-silver mineralisation. Best intersection of 4m at 1.4% zinc from 43m including 1m at 3.7%.Rock chip sample from Myrna’s Hill prospect assaying 42.8% copper, 0.55g/t gold and 47.7g/t silver.

Gold drilling at DOM’s and NE Zone prospects supports continuation of 0.3g/t-3g/t gold mineralisation at depth. New mapping and sampling across the project confirmed the VHMS (Volcanogenic Hosted Massive Sulphide) base metal exploration model in fertile structures and felsic volcanic bodies. Base metals targets have been developed at Myrna’s Hill, Fordor, Chrome Diopside, 28N and 28S, Edsel, Pear Creek and Coongan prospects. Drilling at the Coongan prospect encountered zinc intersections of up to 3.7% over 1m at depth below outcropping lead-silver mineralisation. The first modern exploration of the historical mine has been extremely encouraging for future discoveries. Completion of a 1100 line km VTEM (Versatile Time Domain Electromagnetic) survey over prospective stratigraphy generated 10 first order anomalies for immediate exploration follow up.
