Reported a total of 2 holes, representing 917 metres of diamond drilling were completed during the period. The completion of these two holes marked the end of the 2006 exploration program. At the end of the first quarter of 2007 and the completion of the 2006 exploration program, a $1,800,000 exploration commitment was outstanding on the property.

Reported that Xstrata Nickel, as operator of the project, has reported that a total of 28,667 metres of diamond drilling was completed in 83 holes. The 2006 exploration results were currently under review to determine the potential for an economic deposit within the untested portions of the property and the continuation of the option agreement.
