NovaGold Resources filed a National Instrument 43-101 technical report regarding the Prefeasibility Study on its 50% owned Galore Creek copper-gold-silver project in Northwestern British Columbia, Canada.
NovaGold Resources Inc. and Copper Canyon Resources Ltd. have completed the previously announced plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (Alberta) involving Copper Canyon, the Copper Canyon securityholders, NovaGold and Omineca Mining and Metals Limited.
