Bulk sample tests of the high-potential zones in the large K6 kimberlite on
the Gango concession yielded disappointing results.

All field and analytical work made on large K6 kimberlite indicate that they are diamondiferous but with low to medium interest rating. Core drilling for deeper facies were also completed. A 160 cu.m. sample was extracted, returned 231 diamonds at 0.25 c/st.
In the 6-month period ended Sep30/05, kimberlite exploration at the Gango project continues and a reverse circulation drilling programme has commenced to support bulk sampling.

Geological and analytical work undertaken to date on a large kimberlite in the Gango concession indicates that the kimberlite is diamondiferous but with low to moderate diamond-bearing potential. Bulk sampling of the kimberlite is expected to commence in the third quarter of 2005. Further grid sampling of the concession has revealed new anomalies, which will be investigated.
