For the half year ended reported to have produced 299,000 short tons of marketable coal. Underground mine production account for 55% of this total. Mining in this area has commenced with coal production expected in the first quarter of calendar year 2009. Effective mining ratios and overall coal quality is expected to improve significantly, thus improving the cost basis for the operating unit.
