Monaro Mining announced that the company has sold a 75% interest in the Kyrgyz Republic projects to Gate Bridge Company Limited, a Hong Kong based company. Under the terms of a Heads of Agreement, the Company will retain a free-carried 25% interest in the projects until such time as Gate Bridge generates a Pre-Feasibility study on any one of the licence areas covered by the agreement.

Follow-up inspection of various geochemical anomalies within the licence area has been carried out and the results are being assessed. Evidence shows that the area has been altered with indications of copper, gold and molybdenum mineralisation
