8 holes for 668 m have been drilled for the quarter. Gold was encountered in four of the holes, but the grade of the gold was too low to be of economic interest.

Drilling is continuing at the Mineral Mountain and Red Hollow projects. Approximately 12 to 15 holes are planned to test Carlin style gold discovered in Tertiary siltstone.
November 29, 2004
Rock chip sampling, by Midway, at Red Hollow has identified two gold anomalies, one mile apart. These anomalies are interpreted to be a Carlin style disseminated gold target. Surface values of up to 2.6 g/t gold have been noted. Drill sites were selected and permits were submitted for a 7,500 foot drill program at Red Hollow and Mineral Mountain to test the extent and grade of the gold. Drilling is planned for late in the 4th quarter of 2004 or early in 2005.
