Sutcliffe Resources completed a Can$1.15-million private placement consisting of 2.4 million flow-through common shares at 40 cents per share and 437,500 units at 40 cents per unit. Funds will be used for exploration at Harrison Lake and Beale Lake properties, as well as general working capital.
September 30, 2005
Sutcliffe (now Zoloto Resources Ltd.) has completed its initial orientation ground geophysical program on its Harrison Lake base and precious metal project near Hope in Southern British Columbia. University of Toronto electro-magnetics (UTEM) ground geophysical surveys were conducted, by SJ Geophysics Ltd., on four of the 15 high-priority sulphide related airborne electro-magnetic (AEM) targets that were identified in the November- December, 2004, survey by Aeroquest of Toronto, Ont. The ground survey included a 1.2-kilometre portion of a 4.3-kilometre AEM target. The surveys established the dip and depth character of the anomalies and identified drill target sites. In Nov/Dec 2004, an airborne geophysical survey was completed on the property covering 1426.8 line kilometers. The survey confirmed and defined several target areas and provided new areas to explore.
