A phase one program consisting of an Induced Polarization (“I.P.”) survey and diamond drilling is recommended to identify and test the copper skarn mineral bearing potential along the contact of the Lewes River sediments and the gold-copper porphyry potential of the intrusives. Upon interpretation of the geophysical data all chargeability anomalies should be tested by diamond drilling. In addition, step out diamond drilling near drill holes HT-1 and HT-7 should be conducted to delineate the lateral and depth extents of the mineralization identified in those holes. From 200-2002, significant mineralization was encountered in four of the seven diamond drill holes completed: HT-1: Drilled to a depth of 191.7 metres; intersected skarn hosted mineralization grading 4.99% copper, 1.05 grams/tonne gold, and 40.28 grams/tonne silver over 10.6 metres. HT-4: Drilled to a depth of 192.9 metres; intersectected skarn hosted mineralization grading 3.1% copper. 359 ppb gold, and 13.8 grams per tonne silver over 3 metres. HT-5: Drilled to a depth of 189.58 meters; entire hole cored through granodiorite. Anomalous copper values were obtained throughout the hole with the best results being: 1.36 metres at 1.02% copper, 560 parts per billion gold, and 11.2 parts per million silver and 0.98 metres from 145.93 metres to 146.91 metres which returned values of 1.76 gram per tonne gold and 0.54% copper. HT-7: Drilled to a depth of 179.5 metres, the hole was drilled to test a large chargeability anomaly and intersected 24.8 metres of interfingered sedimentary and intrusive hosted copper mineralization grading 0.74% copper from 12.83 metres to 37.64 metres.
