January 14, 2010 Coalspur Mines Limited announced that it is undertaking a significant two phase drilling and coal testing program for both the Hinton East and West properties. The Alberta government has granted approval for the first phase of the program comprising 10 core drill holes which will start in the coming weeks.
August 7, 2008 Announced the results of an updated resources estimate consisting of HV C Bituminous (thermal coal) with 47,032,000 tonnes Measured, 2,557,000 tonnes Indicated and 161,000 Inferred resource at a 12:1 Strip Ratio.
