March 24, 2010 Oklo Uranium announced that the Company entered into an agreement to acquire the Hoasib Uranium Project, Namibia. Under the terms of the agreement, the Company has agreed to acquire 70% of Green Mineral Resources Pty. Limited (“GMR”), a company incorporated in Namibia and owner of the Hoasib project. The vendor of the shares in GMR is Africa Uranium Limited, an unlisted public company in which ASX listed company Cape Lambert Resources Limited holds an interest. January 20, 2010 Cape Lambert Resources announced that recently completed drilling at the Hoasib project in Namibia tenements by private company Africa Uranium Limited has yielded promising results. The best results received to date include 308 eU3O8 over 0.10 m from the down-hole gamma probe and 181 U3O8 over 0.5 m in physical sample. Drilling has confirmed existence of shallow calcrete hosted uranium mineralisation over a large area in the “Southern Basin. Cape Lambert has a 10% beneficial interest in Africa Uranium Limited.
