Latest Information April 28, 2006 A NI 43-101 technical report, dated Apr 18/06, was completed. At a cut-off grade of 0.04% eU3O8 and based on a minimum of 325,285 feet (99,147m) of drilling in 133 holes drilled by Conoco during the 1970s (and the resulting database of more than 12,574, one-half-foot original gamma probe readings), it calculated an indicated resource of 14.822 million pounds of eU3O8 in 6.598 million tons at a grade of 0.1123% eU3O8. Note that the grade of the mineralized zone was calculated as an average, bench by bench, and did not use any weighting factors in the calculations. January 9, 2006 Upon completion of both Crownpoint technical reports, uranium resources will be recalculated for the Hosta Butte deposit as part of a NI 43-101 technical report. In the 1970's, Conoco completed at least 133 rotary and diamond core drill holes on the property. Conoco and Hydro Resources Inc. (HRI) also completed a pre-feasibility study defining a significant U3O8 resource. (Apr 18/06) |
