Property NewsJuly 27, 2010 New Pacific Metals announced its sole subsidiary company, Lachlan, signed a share transfer and co-operation agreement with a third party, PGC Group Co. Ltd (“PGC”). Pursuant to the Agreement, New Pacific will sell 100% of its interests in Jin Chang Jiang Mining Co Ltd. (JCJM), to PGC for $30.5 million (CNY¥200 million). JCJM's main assets are the XSK HNK gold-polymetallic projects in Guangdong, China. June 3, 2010 New Pacific Metals announced an estimate of the mineral resources on the HNK gold project located in the Guangdong Province, Southern China. Inferred resources total 778,898 tonnes grading 6.5 g/t gold, containing 162,396 oz Au at 1 g/t Au cut-off. April 29, 2009 New Pacific Metals announced tunneling assay results from its exploration program at the HNK gold-polymetallic project located in Guangning county, Guangdong province, Peoples Republic of China. In the 27.6 m newly developed drift along the V9 vein at the 180 m level, the average grade over 27.6 m of drift is 294.8 g/t gold, 123.8 g/t silver, 1.33% lead and 1.93% zinc at an average width of 0.37 m.
