The company has received results for three holes to test the westerly strike extension of the Forrest Reef Mine structure. Further infill drilling will be necessary to confirm that the interpreted zones are actually part of the Forrest Reef vein system.The drill program has been halted due to a breakdown of the drill rig and Shanta has advised the Company that they will continue the program with a Reverse Circulation rig when one becomes available in the country.

Diamond drilling commenced. To date, two holes of a 1,500m program have been completed. Drilling is targeting a two kilometre strike length extension of the Forrest Reef Mine auriferous zone.
August 12, 2004
Diamond drilling program to commence shortly to test the extension of the Forest Reef Mine structure along an assumed strike length of two kilometres. This program will infill between previously widely spaced drill holes and will undercut trenches with the objective of defining the gold mineralization at a minimum of 100-metre spacing.
