During 2009, through a drilling campaign, oxide resources will be labeled again in order to plan production to long term. Likewise it is giving priority to find a final decision concerning sulfide resources, to start the concentrate plant project.

During 2009, operation and cost management was focused on processing leached ore of dinamic piles, getting to produce 5,424 tons of commercial fine copper. Likewise in order to have more leaching areas 40,000 m2 of yards are built, also Rayrock began an evaluation to buy mineral to a third party located within a 50 km radius with respect to the Plant. Through a drilling campaign over the mining properties, oxide resources are labeled again in order to project production to long term. Furthermore the final determination of sulfide resources is focused to begin the concentrate plant project.
