No significant work has been carried out on JBG over the last 2 years while the option to GMD expired.

Results were received from drilling. 5 holes intersected anomalous base metal concentrations, including 9 m of 0.257% Zn at Carbonate Mountain and 7 m of 0.180% Cu from the Esther Lake Showing. Further work was warranted.
February 28, 1997
The preliminary (8 hole) drill program designed to test surface and geophysical targets was completed. 914.4 m of core was split and were awaiting assay.
