Property NewsMay 8, 2009 Central Asia Resources announced a revised Resource for the Kepken gold prospect in Kazakhstan. The updated estimates contained an 6.42 million tonnes at 1.2g/t gold and 4.60 million tonnes at 1.10g/t gold of Indicated and Inferred resources respectively based on a 0.4g/t lower cut-off. Resource extensions occur along both limbs of the anticlinal fold that defines the mineralisation and to the east of the fold nose. The prospect remains open along both limbs and at depth. July 31, 2008 Provided an exploration update where the diamond drilling campaign extended the mineralised zones on both limbs and to the east and the deposit remains open along strike, to the east and at depth.
