Announced the outlining of a large number of rare earth element enriched carbonatite dykes associated with an alkaline intrusive complex on its Lofdal permit. Analytical results from 242 outcrop samples and six drill holes indicate that both light rare earth elements and heavy rare earth elements occur at Lofdal in sufficient total concentrations 0.5% to 6.0%.

Reported that drilling was carried out on four targets in northern Namibia. The drill targets were selected following an extensive period of exploration over very large tracts of ground, starting from a grassroots level in late 2005 and represent four very different styles of mineralization. Drill results from the first three targets did not return significant results. Complete results from the rare earth targets are pending along with a significant number of surface samples.
