Final assay results were received from the nine RC holes drilled in December 2005 to follow-up an intercept of 8m at 4.7 g/t gold in diamond hole GVD137. Highlights include: KRC0187, intersected 2m grading 5.02 g/t Au, KRC0185, 3m grading 3.21 g/t Au, and KRC0188, 2m grading 4.75 g/t Au. Two parallel, north striking, west dipping zones remain open to the north and south.

RAB and air-core drilling completed last quarter tested the Beatty bedrock alteration target to the south west of the Six Mile open pit. results defined a coherent target coincident with a demagnetised zone within the mafic stratigraphy. The target has a strike length in excess of 300 metres. A 6 hole reverse circulation programme, and RAB drilling of the Debernales prospect, is proposed for May.
