During the quarter reported production of Dense Medium Magnetite for use in Coal Washeries continued. Mining from Kara No.1 continued during the period with 94,922 toones of ore being mined from the Kara No.1 pit and delivered to the concentrator plant stockpiles. In addition 307,789 tonnes of overburden was removed. Milling operation during the period produced a total of 25, 309 tonnes of magnetite iron ore fines was achieved.

Reported a total of 2,109m of core drilling was completed 26 holes. The target magnetite skarn horizon was intersected in all but two of the holes, with drilling terminating either in the underlying granite or barren calc-silicate skarn. Update estimate Ore Reserves in the Kara No.1 Pit contains a total of 10.9 million tonnes of >30% Fe Magnetite ore.
