Uganda Gold Mining has provided an update on drilling activities at the Kilembe cobalt copper project in Uganda. Twenty diamond drill holes have been completed for a total of 2,739 m. Five target areas have been tested so far, with positive results at Buhunga and Bukangama West. At the Bukangama Wes target drill hole UGM-011 intersected 9.99 m grading 0.72% Cu and 0.08% Co (from 62.15 m) and drill hole UGM-010 intersected 14.48 m grading 0.48% Cu and 0.04% Co (from 61.11 m). Diamond drilling is continuing to test for extensions of stratabound cobalt and copper mineralization beyond the historical mine area.

Provided an update on drilling activities at the Kilembe cobalt copper project. To date, twenty diamond drill holes have been completed for a total of 2,739 m. Five target areas have been tested so far, with positive results at Buhunga and Bukangama West. The Bukangama West target is a large soil geochemical copper anomaly with a coincident ground geophysical IP anomaly. Four of five holes drilled to test the eastern end of the anomaly intersected copper sulphide mineralization. Two holes were drilled approximately 300 m to the southwest of the above holes to further test the anomaly, assay results are pending. Four short holes were drilled to test the Stream target for near-surface mineralization above the historic mine workings. Two holes intersected mineralization adjacent to existing workings, assay results are pending. Current drilling is targeting an extension of mineralization on the south side of the Northern target. No results are available at this time. Diamond drilling is continuing to test for extensions of stratabound cobalt and copper mineralization beyond the historical mine area. A scoping study is under way to evaluate various development alternatives for processing cobalt-rich tailings and mineral deposits located in the Kilembe region.

A scoping study for the project is underway. The scoping study is evaluating the various development alternatives for processing existing cobaltrich tailings and the mineral deposits located in the Kilembe region. The study is examining the economic viability of alternative methods of treating cobalt and copper concentrates including the use of the BIOX/SX-EW cobalt refinery owned by Kasese Cobalt Company Ltd. located several kilometres from the existing Kilembe concentrator. The main activity at the site has been diamond drilling to test for extensions of cobalt and copper mineralization beyond the historical mine area. A total of 10 diamond drill holes has been completed so far for a total of 2,132 m. Drilling tested the Buhunga, Office and Western Bukangama target areas,
