Property NewsDecember 15, 2010 Western Lithium USA Corporation and Western Uranium Corporation announced that they have reached an agreement in principle for the purchase, by Western Lithium, of Western Energy Development Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Western Uranium that holds royalties and titles for substantially all of the Kings Valley mineral property holdings in Nevada, USA. May 12, 2010 Kenai Resources announced as an update to its news release dated March 19, 2010 that its earn-in agreement with Western Energy Development Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Western Uranium, has been approved by the TSX Venture Exchange. Kenai has issued 250,000 common shares at a deemed price of CAN$0.15 per share to Western Energy Development under the terms of the agreement to earn 60% JV interest in Western Energy Development’s Albisu gold property, Nevada, USA. March 22, 2010 Western Uranium announced that it has reached an agreement with Kenai Resource for Kenai to continue exploring the Albisu gold property located at the northern end of the Kings Valley project in Nevada, Canada.
