September 30, 2007 Work carried out in this first quarter comprised of two hundred and eighty four lag samples. Nickel reached a maximum assay of only 742 ppm and copper reached a peak of 267 ppm. The
lower than expected nickel geochemistry and high chromium values (max of 5432 ppm) and iron values (33.7%) suggests the ultramafic rocks at Kintore are not olivine rich and hence unlikely to be conducive to nickel sulphide mineralisation.
December 31, 2006 Aircore drilling was completed over gold in soil anomalies in July. A total of 66 aircore holes for
2865 metres were drilled. Kennedy Drilling of Kalgoorlie supplied 2 rigs for the duration of the program. Average drill hole depth was 43m. Holes were drilled along 11 traverses located throughout the project area. Several drill holes returned anomalous gold assays (> 1.0 g/t Au) from the 3m composites and so these zones were re-tested at one metre intervals.
September 30, 2005 2 auger sampling programs and 2 drilling programs highlighted an 110 ha area of elevated gold anomalies. Drilling within these zones has demonstrated that the mineralization, although at this stage sub-economic, does extend at depth.
