May 13, 2009 Mwana Africa PLC has signed an option agreement with Signature Metals Limited for the sale of its entire interest in the Konongo gold exploration asset in Ghana. The sale follows a substantial reduction in the company’s exploration activities in Ghana, as announced on 22nd October 2008. |
