As of Sep/011, The Company’s Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed drilling program at the Kusiorcco Project was approved in December of 2009. The process of obtaining acommunity agreement with the indigenous community of Uchuccarco, which will be required to commence the 2011exploration program, has been initiated.

Panoro Minerals announced receipt for the permitting of its Cotabambas Project and Kusiorcco Project, both in Peru. At Cotabambas signed community agreements with the Huaclle and Ccalla indigenous communities and in Kusiorcco the Environmental Impact Declaration has been approved.

Panoro Minerals reported on its Peruvian copper projects. At Cotabambas and Kusiorcco engineering firms have been engaged to collect environmental baseline data and to prepare a permit application for submittal to the Ministry of Energy and Mining.
