Rockwell Ventures announced that it closed a Can$9.5 million private placement consisting of convertible promissory notes. Funds will be used for acquisition of alluvial diamond properties, namely the Holpan/Klipdam property, Wouterspan property and the Galputs Minerale Project in South Africa, as well as the Kwango River project in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Proceeds will also be used for general working capital.
