Reported that Etruscan Diamonds SA recived all the necessary mining permits and began production from the alluvial diaamond gravel run since 2005. Gothoma produced approximately 16,500 carats from February 2002 to April 2004, which were sold for an average price of US$393 per carat. Since recommencing operations in June 2005 to the end of the last fiscal year, November 30, 2006, Gothoma has sold 11,671 carats for an average price of US$414 per carat.

Reported that in June 2005, the company was granted a mining right under the new mineral legislation over the property which is valid for seven years.
