Iron Ore Holdings announced maiden JORC compliant Inferred Minearl Resources for the Boundary prospect located in Central Pilbara, Western Australia. The inferred resource estimate for the Boundary prospect consisted of 26.7 million tonnes at a grade of 58.36% iron.
Iron Ore Holdings reported additional reconnaissance RC drilling was completed at the Lamb Creek Boundary prospect in Western Australia in the September 2009 quarter. A total of 10 holes for 538 metres were completed to further test the zone of high grade iron mineralisation reported in the June quarterly report. Drilling continued to show encouraging results with a further significant intercept of 38 metres @ 58.93% Fe2 from surface and 26 metres @ 63.25% Fe2 from 42 metres encountered in BY011.
