The company has provided assay results from five recently completed diamond drill holes at the Cliff Creek zone on the Lawyers gold project which completed in July, 2006. The Lawyers gold project is located in the Toodoggone region of Northern British Columbia, approximately 26 kilometres by road north of the Kemess Cu-Au (coppergold) porphyry mine of Northgate Minerals Corp. The drilling intersected two-metre-to-16-metre-wide intervals of low-grade gold and silver grading from 0.37 gram per tonne (g/t) to 3.4 g/t gold and 2.2 g/t to 81.1 g/t silver. These intersections are surrounded by broad sections from 10 metres to 17 metres in width of low-grade gold and silver grading from 0.1 g/t to 0.2 g/t gold and two g/t to four g/t silver. Individual values graded as high as 5.87 g/t gold and 154 g/t silver.

A 1,600-metre diamond drill program was completed on the property. Bishop cored a total of 845 metres (2,800 feet) in five holes to depths of 50 to 320 metres with an average hole depth of 150 to 200 metres. Holes were drilled on three-section lines spaced on 100-metre separations. Three holes were drilled on section line 500 north and one hole each were drilled on section lines 400 north and 600 north. Holes were drilled to the east at 50 degrees to 61 degrees to intersect the quartz breccia and stockwork zones dipping at 60 degrees to the west; true thicknesses are estimated to be 94 to 98 per cent of drill-intercept thicknesses.

Released portable infrared mineral analyzer (PIMA) results and reassay results of prior trench samples from the September, 2004, work program. As part of its QA/QC program, Bishop reassayed a number of samples from the M-grid trenches in part to obtain total silver concentrations for samples greater than the upper limit of the wet analytical method. Exa mples of the fire assay results follow: Trench From To Width Au Ag m m m g/t g/t T-1 131.5 132.5 1.0 2.38 140.0 T-2a 70.3 71.8 1.5 7.06 66.0 T-6 12.5 13.5 1.0 8.28 59.0 T-11 57.0 60.0 3.0 1.82 241.0 T-1 Grab 8.80 562.5
