February 19, 2013 Precipitate Gold Corp. signed an agreement to acquire LA CECILIA, Mexico.
November 10, 2010 Christopher James Gold Corp. announced that its shareholders approved the proposed acquisition of the interests of Chesapeake Gold Corp. in its Talapoosa gold-silver project located in Lyon County, Nevada and the La Cecilia and La Gitana gold-silver projects located in Mexico. Christopher James announces a non-brokered private placement of up to 1,500,000 common shares at a price of Can$1.10 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of up to Can$1,650,000. Proceeds will be used to fund the exploration and development of the Talapoosa, La Cecilia and La Gitana mineral properties and for general corporate purposes.
May 5, 2010 Chesapeake Gold and Christopher James Gold provided the following update on the proposed acquisition by Christopher James Gold of Chesapeake Gold’s Talapoosa gold-silver property, Nevada, USA, and the La Cecilia gold-silver property, Sonora State, Mexico. In addition to these properties, Christopher James Gold is now conducting due diligence on additional Chesapeake Gold properties in Mexico for possible inclusion in the acquisition.
