First Majestic Silver Corp. reported that at Del Toro silver project located in Zacatecas, Mexico current plans are for production to commence in the fourth quarter of 2012 with commercial production being reached later.Re-permitting for a 2,000 tpd operation is currently underway in conjunction with a Preliminary Economic Evaluation which is expected to be released prior to year end. At the company's La Luz silver project the Baseline Study and the Geo-hydrologic Study have been completed. The Environmental Impact Statement, the Risk Study and the Change of Use of Land Studies are expected to be completed during the fourth
quarter.
First Majestic Silver announced the closing of the acquisition of all the real estate interests including the original mill and infrastructure and underlying royalties and bonuses which were associated with the Real de Catorce silver project in San Luis Potosi State, Mexico.
Normabec Mining, through its wholly-owned Mexican subsidiary Minera Real Bonanza, released the latest update of the resource estimate on its Real de Catorce project located in the State of San Luis Potosi, north-central Mexico. This update incorporates new drilling information on the Veta Madre structure as well as surface sampling on the Refugio-Ave Maria structure.
